Innovative and creative digital making camps for future makers
A holiday camp for making and using creativity to build inventions for aspiring young problem-solvers aged 7 to 11.
Spend the day exploring and being creative with technology:
Work with artists and tech professionals to learn new skills
Take part in hands-on activities to help you gain the skills needed to use tech creatively at home
Create your own inventions using upcycled and new parts - combining the physical world with the digital
Join us for October half term - we'll be making Cyborg Pumpkins and Robot Guy Fawkes.
Make a Cyborg Pumpkin to take home. You'll get to take old gadgets apart and use their pieces to create a Sci Fi Pumpkin. We'll take a break for lunch then finish the day by making Guy Fawkes robots. You'll use pieces found in nature to build Guy and then learn how to code the Micro:bit to transform Guy Fawkes into a robot pleading for help. We'll wrap the day up with a show and tell - parents, feel free to join us for the last 15 minutes to see what your children have been up to.
How to join the fun
You'll be able to reserve your space soon. If you live in Parson Cross, it's £5 to reserve your child's place. For families living outside Parson Cross, this camp is £25. Reserve your place by adding the camp to your basket. Please share your contact details, name, address and e-mail address, with us so we can be in touch with a request for permission forms and emergency contact details.
How can you can help?
